DEB Method Ltd is committed to delivering work of the highest quality. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our products or services.

Cooling Off Period

All clients have a 5-day cooling off period from the date of purchase. During this period you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund by sending a written request to [email protected] with the subject line REQUEST TO CANCEL.

After the 5-day cooling off period, the following policies apply depending on the product or service purchased.

Digital Audio Products

Digital audio files are delivered immediately on purchase and are therefore non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which permit the waiver of the right to cancel for digital content once access has commenced with the consumer's consent.

If you experience a technical issue with accessing or downloading your audio, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Video Courses and Digital Programmes

The Self Trust Reset, The Decision Map and any other digital video programmes are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless a fault in the product prevents access entirely.

If you have not yet accessed the programme, you may request a refund within the 5-day cooling off period. Please contact us at [email protected].

One to One Sessions

Single sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. Where possible we will offer a rescheduled session at our discretion.

Group Sessions

Single drop-in group sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you are unable to attend a session you have paid for, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future session.

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges by contacting us at [email protected].

The Aligned Life Programme and Breakthrough Process

These are premium programmes entered into by application and agreement. Full payment terms and refund conditions are set out in the individual programme agreement provided at point of purchase. The 5-day cooling off period applies from the date of the agreement.

After the cooling off period, fees committed to under a payment plan remain payable in full as set out in the programme agreement.

Chargebacks

We ask that any concerns or disputes regarding payment are raised directly with us at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of access to all Products and Services with no refund of fees paid.
