In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
DEB Method Ltd (trading as Diane Beck and The Truth Codes): a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12906649, whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Products and Services: all products and services offered by DEB Method Ltd, which fall into the following categories:
Client: the person purchasing the Products and/or Services from DEB Method Ltd.
Fees: the fees payable by the Client for the supply of the Products and/or Services.
DEB Method Ltd delivers two distinct categories of work, and different terms apply to each.
Group work, digital products and audio recordings. The Truth Codes Group, guided meditation and hypnosis recordings, self-study courses and all other digital products are provided for educational, personal development and guided inner work purposes only. They incorporate elements of coaching, guided hypnosis, trance-based techniques, somatic awareness, frequency healing and personal development. They do not constitute clinical Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or any form of regulated healthcare, and no therapeutic relationship is created. Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and for how they apply the work, as set out in Section 8.
One to one work. Individual sessions and programmes are led by the Truth Codes method, Diane Beck's own approach, and delivered in her professional capacity as a qualified therapist and coach. She is additionally trained in clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Havening and Thought Field Therapy. This work is provided for personal development and therapeutic coaching purposes. It does not constitute psychiatric treatment, medical treatment or the diagnosis, management or cure of any medical or psychiatric condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, psychiatrist or other regulated healthcare professional.
In both categories, DEB Method Ltd provides no guarantee that the Products and/or Services will produce any specific result, outcome or improvement for the Client. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors outside the control of DEB Method Ltd.
DEB Method Ltd does not treat, and does not hold itself out as treating, serious physical health conditions, chronic disease, psychiatric illness or any condition requiring medical supervision. Clients with such conditions must remain under the care of their own qualified healthcare professionals.
⚠️ All guided meditation and hypnosis audio recordings must never be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where losing conscious attention could cause harm.
Products and Services are not suitable for individuals experiencing:
- Psychosis, schizophrenia or any psychotic disorder
- Borderline personality disorder or any other personality disorder
- Dissociative disorders
- Bipolar disorder in an acute phase
- Active suicidal ideation, or self-harm within the past 12 months
- Epilepsy or any seizure disorder
- Current or recent psychiatric hospitalisation
- Any condition requiring active clinical psychiatric care
- Active addiction or substance dependency
This list is not exhaustive. Diane Beck maintains professional restrictions on who she is able to work with, and applies clinical judgement in every case.
If you have a medical condition, mental health condition or psychological diagnosis, are receiving psychiatric care or taking psychiatric medication, you must obtain approval from a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing or participating.
DEB Method Ltd reserves the right to decline, suspend or withdraw participation of any individual it believes to be unsuitable, regardless of any third-party approval obtained.
Where a Client does not disclose a relevant condition, or provides inaccurate information about their health, mental health or medication, DEB Method Ltd accepts no liability for any consequence arising, and reserves the right to terminate the arrangement immediately without refund.
All Clients must be aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you confirm you have considered your own suitability and believe yourself safe to participate.
The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Client acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made by or on behalf of DEB Method Ltd which is not set out in the Contract.
DEB Method Ltd has the right to make changes to the nature, scope and content of the Products and/or Services, without notice, where these do not materially affect the nature of the Products and/or Services.
DEB Method Ltd will supply the Products and/or Services using reasonable care and skill.
DEB Method Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to meet any agreed dates but such dates are provisional and may be subject to change, with no liability attaching to DEB Method Ltd in respect of such changes.
The Client will ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate, cooperate with DEB Method Ltd in all matters relating to the Products and/or Services, and pay Fees strictly in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
The Client will not use the Products and/or Services for any unlawful purpose and will comply with all applicable laws relating to their use, including laws relating to privacy and data protection.
The Fees for the Products and/or Services are as detailed in the Order or any agreement made in writing between DEB Method Ltd and the Client.
All payments shall be made in full without any deduction or withholding.
The Fees will remain payable by the Client notwithstanding any decision to cease using the Products and/or Services and even if the Client does not complete, access or attend the entire Products and/or Services.
In the event of any payment becoming overdue and unpaid for more than 20 days, DEB Method Ltd may at its discretion suspend or withdraw the provision of the Products and/or Services.
Recurring memberships: Clients may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no notice period is required. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken. Access to the membership area, live sessions and library ends at the point of cancellation, and no partial refund is due for the remainder of a period already paid for, except where a refund is claimed under the 14 day money back guarantee set out in Section 7.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, the Client has a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Written notice must be provided by email to [email protected], titled REQUEST TO CANCEL.
That right does not apply, or is lost, in the circumstances set out below. At checkout the Client is asked to confirm that they wish to receive immediate access and that they understand they are giving up their cancellation right where applicable.
The Truth Codes Group — 14 day money back guarantee. This guarantee applies to The Truth Codes Group only. Request a full refund of your first month's payment within 14 days of purchase, by email to [email protected]. Your membership is cancelled immediately and no further payments are taken. The guarantee applies to the first payment only and to one membership per Client.
Audio recordings, meditations, hypnosis recordings and digital products. These are non-refundable. Access is granted immediately on purchase, and by purchasing the Client consents to immediate access and acknowledges that the statutory right to cancel is lost at that point. Sample clips are made available so that recordings may be trialled before purchase.
One to one work and programmes. Once work has begun, no refund is permitted. Work is treated as having begun at the earlier of: the first session taking place, the Client accessing their online portal, or preparation materials being issued. Fees may be paid in full or by an agreed payment plan. Once terms are agreed and signed, the full fee remains payable in all circumstances, including where the Client chooses not to continue.
Events, retreats and intensives. Refunds are governed by the specific terms for each event, set out in the relevant tab above.
DEB Method Ltd may consider a refund outside these terms entirely at its own discretion, and doing so on one occasion creates no obligation to do so again. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Participation is entirely voluntary. You remain solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing before, during and after participation.
You acknowledge that guided meditations, hypnosis recordings, trance-based techniques, coaching, frequency healing, discussions and personal development activities may generate significant emotional responses, personal insights or life changes, including but not limited to emotional releases, shifts in relationships, changes to career decisions, and changes in how you relate to your beliefs, identity or life direction.
Any decisions, actions, interpretations, conclusions or outcomes arising from participation remain solely your responsibility.
You understand that coaching, frequency healing and guided hypnosis are not substitutes for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
DEB Method Ltd will not be liable to the Client for any indirect or consequential loss, special damages, or any costs or losses attributable to loss of profits or opportunities arising from or in connection with the Contract.
The maximum amount of damages payable by DEB Method Ltd to the Client shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to DEB Method Ltd in the preceding calendar month.
Neither party shall be in breach of this Contract nor liable for delay in performing any obligations where such delay results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by DEB Method Ltd's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All intellectual property rights in, arising out of, or in connection with the Products and/or Services, including all recordings, meditations, hypnosis audio recordings, teachings, materials, frameworks, exercises, written content, audio content and video content, will be owned by DEB Method Ltd.
DEB Method Ltd grants the Client a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such rights only to the extent necessary to allow the Client to benefit from the Products and/or Services for their own personal use.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, shared, resold, adapted, taught or commercially exploited without prior written permission from DEB Method Ltd.
DEB Method Ltd will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions and will not disclose such information other than as necessary for the performance of the Products and/or Services or as required by law.
The Client will not publish, broadcast or disclose the identity or comments of any other person who participates in any group Products and/or Services.
Nothing in this Contract limits DEB Method Ltd from sharing results and testimonials (written or video) in relation to the Products and/or Services for the purposes of promoting the business of DEB Method Ltd, where permission has been given.
Upon purchase of any audio recording or digital product, the Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private personal use only.
The Client may not:
- Share, gift, resell or transfer recordings to any other person
- Upload recordings to any platform, website or service
- Use recordings for any commercial, therapeutic or group purpose without prior written consent
- Copy, reproduce, adapt or distribute recordings in any form
DEB Method Ltd reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access to any product, service, membership or community where a Client:
- Is disruptive to the group process or other participants
- Behaves in a rude, disrespectful, aggressive, intimidating or abusive manner
- Harasses, bullies or causes distress to other participants or to DEB Method Ltd
- Repeatedly disregards guidelines or reasonable instructions from Diane Beck or authorised representatives
- Acts in a manner considered inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or fraudulent
- Attempts to copy, distribute, record or misuse intellectual property without permission
- Behaves in a way that is dangerous, or that puts themselves, Diane Beck or any other participant at risk
- Does not follow instructions given during guided work, where doing so compromises safety
- Behaves in a way that delays, obstructs or makes difficult the delivery of the work, whether to themselves or to others, including repeated interruption, dominating group time, refusing to engage with the process, or requiring a disproportionate amount of attention
This applies equally to The Truth Codes Group, to one to one work, and to any event or intensive.
Where access is suspended or terminated for any of the above reasons, it takes effect immediately, and no refund, credit or compensation shall be due. This includes any remaining sessions, any unused portion of a membership period, and any outstanding instalments of a payment plan, which remain payable in full. The decision of DEB Method Ltd shall be final.
DEB Method Ltd exercises this right in order to protect the safety of participants, the integrity of the method, and the wellbeing of Diane Beck.
DEB Method Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates, reschedule or substitute live sessions, and change venues without liability, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
Live session recordings may be provided to active members as a convenience. Recording availability may vary and DEB Method Ltd reserves the right to remove, replace, modify or withdraw recordings at any time.
DEB Method Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from technical failures, platform outages, illness, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
DEB Method Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute or legal issue arising from these Terms and Conditions will be determined exclusively by the English and Welsh Courts.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous arrangement concerning their subject matter.
By purchasing, accessing or participating in any product or service provided by DEB Method Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These specific terms apply to The Truth Codes Group and any other live membership offered by DEB Method Ltd, in addition to the General Terms set out in the All Products tab.
Nature of the work. The Truth Codes Group is live, guided inner work delivered in a group setting. It is educational and developmental in nature. It is not therapy, it is not treatment, and no therapeutic or clinical relationship is created between Diane Beck and any member of the group.
Your responsibility. Participation is voluntary and self-directed. You choose what to bring, how deeply to engage, and what to do with anything that surfaces. You remain solely responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing during and after every session, and for any decision or action you take as a result. If you are under the care of a doctor, psychiatrist or therapist, you are responsible for discussing your participation with them.
Guided work in a group setting. Sessions may involve guided trance, somatic focus and emotional material surfacing. Diane Beck cannot monitor individual participants as she would in a one to one session. If at any point you feel unsafe or overwhelmed, you should stop, open your eyes, and leave the session.
Access: Upon successful purchase, members receive immediate access to the membership area. Access instructions are sent to the email address used at registration.
Billing: The Truth Codes Group is a recurring monthly membership. Fees are charged automatically until cancelled.
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately, no notice period is required, and no further payments will be taken.
14 day money back guarantee: If the membership is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and that payment will be refunded in full. Your membership is cancelled immediately. This applies to your first payment only and to one membership per Client. This guarantee applies to The Truth Codes Group only, and not to any other product or service.
Refunds outside the guarantee period: Beyond the first 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, failure to attend, failure to access content, or partially used periods. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund a period already paid for.
Recordings: Live session recordings may be provided as a convenience. DEB Method Ltd reserves the right to remove, modify or withdraw recordings at any time without notice.
Conduct: Members agree to behave respectfully toward other members. Information shared in live sessions is confidential and must not be disclosed outside the group.
These specific terms apply to all individual 1:1 coaching, healing and therapeutic programmes offered by DEB Method Ltd, whether delivered online or in person, in addition to the General Terms set out in the All Products tab.
Cancellation and refunds: Once work has begun, no refund is permitted. Work is treated as having begun at the earlier of: the first session taking place, the Client accessing their online portal, or preparation materials being issued.
Where the Client has not yet begun, written notice of cancellation may be given within 14 days of purchase by email to [email protected], titled REQUEST TO CANCEL. By requesting that work begins within that period, the Client consents to the service starting and acknowledges that the statutory right to cancel is lost once it has.
Payment plans: Fees may be paid in full or by an agreed payment plan. Once terms are agreed and signed, the full fee remains payable in all circumstances. All instalments remain due, and the Client is not entitled to cease payments upon early termination of their participation, whether by their own choice or under Section 13.
In person sessions: Where a programme or intensive is delivered in person, the Client is responsible for their own travel, accommodation and associated costs. DEB Method Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by the Client in preparation for or travel to any in person session that is rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice.
Scheduling: Sessions are subject to mutual availability. DEB Method Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the Client's schedule but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
No-shows and late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or where the Client does not attend, may be forfeited at DEB Method Ltd's discretion.
Results: No specific outcome, transformation or result is guaranteed. The work is deeply individual and results vary between clients.
The Breakthrough is a two-day in-person intensive programme of deep psychological, hypnotic and NLP-based healing work. Due to its nature and the significant preparation, logistics and venue costs involved, the following specific terms apply in addition to the general 1:1 terms above.
Payment in full: The Breakthrough must be paid in full and upfront before any date is confirmed or preparation begins. No payment plans or instalments are available for this programme. Full payment constitutes the Client's commitment to the process.
Pre-session consultation: Before making payment, the Client will have a consultation call with Diane Beck to discuss what the programme involves, what will be required of them, and to confirm suitability. By making payment following this consultation, the Client confirms they have fully understood and agreed to everything discussed and are committed to the process.
Pre-session forms: The Client agrees to complete all pre-session forms, questionnaires and preparation materials requested by DEB Method Ltd within the timeframes specified. These are essential to the process and enable Diane Beck to prepare fully on the Client's behalf.
⚠️ Failure to complete required pre-session forms or preparation materials without good reason may result in cancellation of the intensive without refund at DEB Method Ltd's discretion.
Client commitment: The Breakthrough is a deeply immersive and psychologically demanding process. Results depend significantly on the Client's full mental, emotional and practical commitment throughout. By making payment, the Client agrees to:
- Follow the protocol, instructions and guidance set out by Diane Beck before and during the intensive
- Engage openly and honestly throughout the process
- Invest fully in the process mentally, emotionally and physically
- Not withhold information that may be relevant to the work
Right to pause or discontinue: If at any point during the intensive a Client refuses to follow the agreed protocol, becomes disruptive, or behaves in a way that prevents the work from proceeding safely and effectively, Diane Beck reserves the right to pause or discontinue the session without refund. This decision rests solely with Diane Beck and shall be final.
Location and travel — Client hosted: Where Diane Beck is required to travel to the Client's location, all reasonable travel, accommodation, flights and associated expenses will be agreed in advance and are payable by the Client in addition to the programme fee. These costs are non-refundable once booked. DEB Method Ltd will provide details of anticipated expenses before confirming travel arrangements.
Venue costs: Where a venue is hired for the intensive, venue hire costs are included in or added to the programme fee and are non-refundable once booked regardless of subsequent cancellation by the Client.
Cancellation and refunds: Due to the significant preparation, venue hire, travel and logistical costs involved:
- Cancellations within the 14 day cooling off period from date of payment will be considered for refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred
- Cancellations after the 14 day cooling off period are non-refundable
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 14 days of the agreed date are non-refundable and a rebooking fee may apply
- DEB Method Ltd reserves the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice and without financial penalty
These specific terms apply to all guided meditation recordings, hypnosis audio recordings, frequency healing audio, self-study courses, quizzes, assessments and other digital information products offered by DEB Method Ltd, in addition to the General Terms set out in the All Products tab.

Licence: Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private personal use only. Recordings may not be shared, resold, uploaded, adapted or used commercially.
Refunds: All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately on purchase, and by purchasing you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost at that point. Sample clips are provided so that recordings can be trialled before purchase.
