I'm Diane
Healer, teacher, and the bridge between shadow and light.
I'm the originator of The Truth Codes. Trained at RADA, I spent years learning how presence and voice move a room, then turned that same attention inward, to the voice that already knows.
My work lives where the shadow meets the light. I take people down into what they have buried, and help them carry its gold up into the life they actually live.
I trained to read truth in the human body before a word is spoken. Over 34 years, I developed the ability to feel and hear what the body is communicating. The Truth Codes method communicates directly with the body's own signals, using frequency, resonance and form - these messages can come from deep within and higher levels of the self using the body as a kind of 'communication interface'.
I originally trained as a singer and was working with voice from the age of eight. Later, I trained as an actress at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and performed on stages across the UK, America, Tokyo and Paris. From the beginning, my craft was emotional truth and presence, learning how feelings can bridge, move through the voice, the body and the energetic relationship with an audience. Over time, that work deepened far beyond performance.
My path eventually moved into healing, where I spent the next sixteen years studying and working with hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic healing, neuroscience-based methods, frequency work and the subtle energy healing arts. As my clairsentient abilities developed, I began perceiving patterns of information through the body itself, noticing precise energetic and emotional shifts within my clients, within myself, and within the wider field as insight emerged.
The body knows what it needs to heal. It has always known. I learned how to ask it, how to listen, and how to deliver what it asks for. When I do, things that have been stuck for years clear in minutes.
