I originally trained as a singer and was working with voice from the age of eight. Later, I trained as an actress at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and performed on stages across the UK, America, Tokyo and Paris.

From the beginning, my craft was emotional truth, learning how feeling moves through the voice, the body and the energetic relationship with an audience. Over time, that work deepened far beyond performance.

My path eventually moved into healing, where I spent the next sixteen years studying and working with hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic healing, neuroscience-based methods, frequency work and subtle energy healing arts.

As my clairsentient abilities developed, I began perceiving patterns of information through the body itself, noticing precise energetic and emotional shifts within my clients, within myself and within the wider field as insight emerged.

The body knows what it needs to heal. It has always known. I learned how to ask it, how to listen, and how to deliver what it asks for. When I do, things that have been stuck for years clear in minutes.
